Africa.

The farm is accessed by sealed roads until half a mile before the entrance gate. The habitat is a mixture of hills and valleys with dry streams that flow with water when it occasionally
rains nearby. There is a wide variety of vegetation including an abundance of the unusual quiver tree and in the spring the ground is carpeted with a dazzling array of colourful flowers.
There are several small game such as duiker and dassies along with a variety of smaller mammals and reptiles and a wide range of birdlife is present including the majestic African Black Eagle.

The entire farm has recently been fully game-fenced and the farmhouse has been recently renovated.

To put the size of the farm into context it is over 67 times the size of Hyde Park, twice the size of Windsor Great Park or two and a half times the size of the largest lake in England, Lake Windermere.

If the farm were a country it would be the fifth smallest country in the world.

 

Travel to South Africa from the UK is straightforward with direct flights from Heathrow or via various European hubs.

The sale price is R5,900,000 plus vat, which is approximately £248,000 plus vat although this will vary slightly with currency fluctuations. The vat should be reclaimable for a going concern.
